For micro SaaS founders who hate self-promo
Reddit marketing for micro SaaS, without the spam.
Tamarind finds the threads where your future users ask for help and drafts a reply in your voice. You post it by hand, only where it fits. No autopilot, no spam.
Why founders get banned
Reddit rewards members, not marketers.
-
Self-promo in the wrong place
Many subreddits cap self-promotion, and many ban links outright.
-
Honest asks that read as ads
Even a request for feedback can be called stealth marketing.
-
Posting before reading the rules
Each community adds its own rules to Reddit's. Miss them once and the post is gone.
“now I'm getting bashed for ‘stealth marketing.’ I just wanted feedback.”
How to check for a shadowban, and a weekly routine: Reddit marketing for SaaS without getting banned.
How Tamarind helps
Find the thread. Follow the rules. Post it yourself.
- 01
Watches your subreddits
You pick the subreddits and searches. Threads that match your topics land in your Inbox, scored for fit.
- 02
Learns each place's rules
Paste a subreddit's rules. Tamarind proposes what it allows, like Mention OK or Answer only, and you confirm.
- 03
Drafts what the rules allow
A full answer with at most one disclosed mention, a fact sheet, or a note to the mods.
- 04
You post it by hand
From your own account. Paste the link back; Tamarind tracks its clicks and asks after 7 days if it is still up.
New accounts get 30 days of warm-up with no links or mentions. After that, at most one mention in five replies, under a daily cap.
What it won't do
- It won't post on Reddit for you. Every reply goes out by your hand.
- It won't run a community on autopilot.
- It won't create accounts, or let a second account get around a ban.
- It won't vote, like or follow. There is no such action in it.
- It won't send direct messages.
Questions
Common questions
Does Tamarind post to Reddit for me?
No. Tamarind holds no Reddit login and makes no call to Reddit. It drafts the reply; you post it from your own account and paste the link back, so Tamarind can track its clicks.
Will this get my Reddit account banned?
No tool can promise that. Tamarind keeps to the habits that protect an account: each subreddit's rules, 30 days of warm-up with no links or mentions, at most one mention in five replies, and a daily cap on replies.
Does it depend on Reddit's API?
No. Tamarind finds threads through a thread-alert service and never calls Reddit's API itself. If a thread slips past the alerts, you can paste it into your Inbox by hand.
